The IONER PFC-6020 is a controlled pump to generate and control air flows with low pressure drop. The pump is coupled to a mass flow meter that feeds it back closing the loop.

·Automatic flow regulation: 0.5 SLPM/10.0 SLPM/ 50.0 SLPM

·Any other range (higher or lower) can be manufactured.

·Resolution control 0,1 SLPM.

·Manual control of the control outlet.

·Remote control and monitoring via Ethernet.

·Range of power supply: 100-240 VAC 50-60 Hz.

·Dimensions (WxHxD) 300x120x195 mm.



·Set point at 45 slpm for 1000 samples (500 sec).	·Set point at 1 slpm for 1000 samples (500 sec).
