New health, safety and security regulations strongly limit the use of radioactive sources ( 85Kr, 63Ni, 241Am, 210Po) for particle or volatile charging. Therefore, there is a need for non-radioactive sources, which can be transported and used freely. In RAMEM we have undertaken and R&D effort to develop such sources. The results is a complete line of equipment to achieve charging without the use of radioactive sources:
